Most sessions cover one route. This one covers original equipment manufacturer and Tier 1 supplier jobs, electric vehicle consulting, and entrepreneurship, so you can compare them before you commit to one.
Each speaker gets the floor for ten minutes and speaks from experience rather than a presentation. Short enough to hold attention, long enough to say something specific.
A third of the session belongs to the audience. Ask about salaries, skills, or switching from a non-automotive background, and get an answer from someone who has hired for the role.
All three speakers answer the same question: if you were 24 today with an engineering degree and no electric vehicle experience, what would you do in the next twelve months? Three answers, three sides of the industry.
