2-Day On-Campus Immersion at IIM Kashipur

Participants take part in a 2-day on-campus immersion at IIM Kashipur, focused on Net Zero strategy, sustainability leadership, and energy transition. The immersion features classroom sessions with IIM faculty, peer learning with senior professionals, and structured discussions that deepen strategic thinking while strengthening executive alumni engagement.

Live Consulting Project (LCP): Real-World Net Zero Application

How your learning journey is organized

The Live Consulting Project (LCP) is a core experiential pillar that enables participants to apply strategy, finance, ESG, policy, and technology frameworks to real sustainability and Net Zero challenges. Delivered over the final 6–8 weeks, learners work in cross-functional teams (3–5 members) with faculty mentorship and industry interaction to produce consulting-grade deliverables.

Real business, policy, or investment problems linked to climate action, Net Zero, ESG, energy transition, and circular economy

Industry-sponsored, institutionally validated, or data-driven simulated projects
