Designing a high performance electric 2W for retrofitting a 500cc engine. Perform battery sizing, motor selection & recommend a suitable charger.
Model the closed loop motor torque controller and validate its functionality and effectiveness with battery and vehicle model.
Determine the suitability of a 72V, 15kW motor for a 4 wheeler with GVW of 1100kgs. Design battery pack to meet the range of 120kms on a single charge.
Model the BMS with SoC, SoH and cooling system and validate its functionality using battery pack model integrated with motor and vehicle.
Determine range, charging requirements, and other performance characteristics for a 7 ton e-Truck for long haul transport application
Develop/Choose a duty cycle and fix the performance target for a 4 seater e-auto. Size the battery pack. Estimate the charging times needed to charge the selected battery using household charger/Level 1 1-Φ AC charger.
Model the closed loop CCCV battery charge controller and size the charger for fast charging the battery from from 20% SoC to 80% in 1 hour
Using a real world drive cycle, model the vehicle, size the motor and select the gearing system to meet the vehicle's powertrain performance target and demonstrate the motor operating in the best efficiency zone.
Motor & battery sizing of a 40 T Cement Bags Truck with TCO-based recommendations on Pure Electric or H2 Fuel cell
Duty-cycle creation with collection for 11T urban delivery truck and TCO modeling for ICE Diesel vs ICE LNG vs Electric
